An Event to Behold: Rockfield Media’s Involvement with The Audi Sport Evening at Lake District Audi

As we celebrate our 10th anniversary with our client Hadwins, we want to highlight one key event that we’re immensely proud to have work on that captivated motorsport enthusiasts; The Audi Sport Evening on 17th March 2023.
With the first event in 2020 being a huge success, we knew this one would go down a treat. Working closely with the Lake District Audi team, and equipped with our expertise in design and marketing, we set out to promote the Audi Sport Evening on a fairly limited budget, and boy, did we deliver!
Our strategic campaigns captivated the attention of motoring enthusiasts far and wide, resulting in an impressive turnout of over 100 guests. We're proud to say that our innovative approach helped make this event a roaring success without breaking the bank (which is always a bonus).
This year, the team kicked things up a notch. The stage was set for an unforgettable evening as guests flocked to Lake District Audi to immerse themselves in a world of high-performance Audi models, sleek Ducatis, and a dash of nostalgia.
Our design team left no stone unturned in creating visually stunning materials that conveyed the thrill and elegance of the event. From eye-catching event material to enticing social media campaigns, our marketing efforts drew in a crowd.
And let's not forget the star of the show: the cars themselves! Lake District Audi pulled out all the stops, showcasing an impressive lineup that left attendees awestruck. From the jaw-dropping Audi S1 E2 and its homologation cousin, the rare Audi Sport quattro, to the sleek and powerful Ducati Diavel V4 courtesy of J & L Motorcycles, the vehicles on display were a sight to behold.
We’d also like to give a special shout out to Lake District Audi’s very own Master Technician 'Woody.' With an impressive 39 years of Audi expertise under his belt, Woody treated our guests to a masterclass in automotive knowledge. Seriously, this guy knows Audis like the back of his hand!
As Rockfield Media, we take great pride in our role in making this event a resounding success. We've poured our passion and expertise into every aspect of the Audi Sport Evening, ensuring that it surpassed all expectations. From the initial concept to the final execution, our team worked tirelessly to create an atmosphere that exuded excitement, camaraderie, and a shared love for all things automotive.
